PHASE III – DESIGN and IMPLEMENT THE PLAN

One of March Forth’s key strengths is identifying the core essence of your product or service; whether it’s a new offering, a line extension or rejuvenation of an existing product.

While you are focused on engineering, procurement and manufacturing process decisions, March Forth Consulting will provide a well-coordinated parallel process to provide all necessary supporting activities.

Depending on your needs these might include selection of the product name, development of packaging, and/or creation of a branding strategy supported by the appropriate marketing tactics to ensure the success of the your product introduction.

Specifically, your March Forth consultant will:

  • Develop creative and media strategy documents and budgets for your review and approval.

  • Bring on board appropriate members of the March Forth team specializing in creative development, media planning and buying, and print, broadcast and web production.

  • Present tactical executions and, upon approval, proceed to final execution and implementation of the plan.
